About the Competition
The Best Presented Stall Competition celebrates stallholders who bring creativity, culture, colour, care and community spirit to their Festival presentation.
Participation is optional, but all approved stallholders are encouraged to present their stall with pride and create a welcoming, engaging experience for Festival attendees.
What Judges Will Look For
Pasifika Vibes Festival welcomes a diverse range of stallholders, businesses, organisations and cultural exhibitors. Whether you’re serving food, promoting a service, showcasing your culture or selling unique products, there may be a place for you at the Festival.
VisualPresentation
Overall stall appearance, cleanliness, layout, signage, colour, display quality and visitor appeal.
Creativity & Cultural Expression
Creative use of culture, storytelling, decoration, theme, product presentation or community identity.
Engagement & Atmosphere
Welcoming presence, friendly interaction, effort, energy and how well the stall contributes to the Festival experience.
Award Categories
Outstanding stall presentations help create a vibrant and memorable Festival experience. The following award categories recognise stallholders who go above and beyond in showcasing their products, services, culture and community spirit.
Additional recognition may be offered at the discretion of Festival organisers.
Best Presented Food Stall
Recognising excellence in presentation, creativity, visitor experience and overall contribution within the Festival Food Village.
Best Presented Non-Food Stall
Recognising excellence in presentation, creativity, visitor experience and overall contribution within the Festival Markets and Community Precincts.
Judging & Announcement
Judging will take place throughout the Festival, with judges assessing eligible stalls against the published judging criteria.
Winners will be announced during the Festival program and may be recognised through Festival communications, social media and future promotional material.

- Judges’ decisions are final.
- Decorative items must remain within the approved stall footprint.
- All Festival rules and safety requirements continue to apply.
- Prize details and any additional recognition will be announced closer to the Festival.
