About Pasifika Vibes Festival
Pasifika Vibes Festival is one of South East Queensland’s largest Pacific and multicultural celebrations.
Since 2011, the Festival has brought together communities from across Queensland and beyond to celebrate culture, connection, food, music, arts, wellbeing and family.
Held over two vibrant Festival days, the event welcomes thousands of attendees and provides opportunities for stallholders, businesses, community organisations, cultural groups and service providers to engage with a diverse and highly engaged audience.
The Festival is designed to be family-friendly, inclusive, culturally rich and community-focused, creating a unique environment where exhibitors can connect, promote, educate and trade.

Stall Options & Pricing
Pasifika Vibes Festival offers a range of stall options to suit food vendors, retailers, community organisations, government agencies and mobile exhibitors.
All stallholder participation is a two-day commitment across both Festival days, with sites allocated based on frontage width and operational requirements.
Temporary stalls are allocated with a standard depth of approximately 6 metres. Mobile stalls are assessed according to their total operational footprint.

Important Information
- All stallholder participation is for both Festival days.
- Temporary stall sites are allocated based on frontage width and have an approximate depth of 6 metres.
- Mobile vendors are allocated space according to their total operational footprint, including drawbars, awnings and serving areas.
- All prices include booking and payment processing costs.
- No bond is required.
- Public Liability Insurance is mandatory.
- A current Certificate of Currency must be uploaded as part of the application process.
- Stall allocations are determined by the Festival organisers based on site layout, operational suitability and Festival balance.
- Setups must operate within their allocated footprint.
- Setups exceeding the approved size may not be permitted.

Please Note
- Temporary stall sites are allocated according to frontage width and have a standard depth of approximately 6 metres.
- 3m frontage sites are ideal for smaller stall setups.
- 6m frontage sites provide additional operational and display space.
- 9m and 12m frontage sites provide maximum frontage for larger displays, activations and operational requirements, and are subject to availability.
- Frontage refers to the side of your stall that faces the public walkway.
Mobile Stall Size Guide
Mobile stall sites are assessed differently from temporary stall sites.
Temporary stalls are allocated by frontage width. Mobile stall sites are allocated according to the total operational footprint of the vehicle or setup.
Your operational footprint may include your vehicle or trailer body, drawbar or towbar, open serving windows, awnings, adjacent working areas, and customer service areas.

Important Notes
- Mobile setup size classifications apply to both Mobile Food and Mobile Non-Food stall categories.
- Mobile Food stall pricing is based on setup size.
- Mobile Non-Food stall pricing is based on organisation type rather than setup size. Setup size is still required for site planning, placement and safety assessment.
- Oversized mobile setups may require special approval and are subject to available space, access requirements, safety considerations and operational suitability.
- Mobile stall sites are allocated according to the total operational footprint of the setup and overall Festival site planning requirements.
Optional Stall Hire Items
To assist stallholders with setup and logistics, a range of optional hire items may be requested as part of your application.
Hire items are subject to availability and will be confirmed during the application review process.
All marquee installation, securing and pack-down is coordinated by the Festival and approved suppliers.

Additional seating may be requested for staff, volunteers, performers, exhibitors or stall operations.
Important Notes
- Vendor-ready marquee packages include delivery, installation, securing and pack-down by the Festival’s approved supplier.
- Stallholders are not required to install, secure or dismantle hired marquees.
- Hire items are optional and subject to availability.
- Requested hire items must remain within your approved stall footprint.
- Submission of a hire request does not guarantee allocation or approval.
- Final hire items and quantities will be confirmed during application review.
- Mobile stall applicants requesting additional marquees may be subject to further review to ensure sufficient space is available.
Participation & Compliance Requirements
Before applying, please familiarise yourself with the key participation, compliance and operational requirements outlined below. Additional requirements may apply depending on the nature of your stall, products, services or activities.
Two-Day Commitment
PVF26 is a two-day Festival. Approved stallholders are expected to trade on both Festival days unless otherwise approved by the Organisers. Applicants should ensure they can commit to the full Festival period before applying.
Insurance Requirements
All stallholders are required to maintain Public Liability Insurance with a minimum cover amount of $20 million and provide a current Certificate of Currency as part of the application process.
Insurance must remain valid for the duration of the Festival, including bump-in and bump-out periods.
Operate Within Your Approved Site
Stallholders must operate within their approved site dimensions and boundaries. Site sizes, frontage requirements, equipment placement and operational areas must comply with Festival requirements and any directions issued by the Organisers.
Food Approvals & Safety
Food vendors may be required to provide food licences, food safety certifications or other documentation required by law. Food preparation, storage, transport and service must comply with all applicable food safety requirements.
Power, Gas & Fire Safety
Stallholders using electrical equipment, generators, gas appliances, cooking equipment, heating equipment or other operational equipment must ensure all equipment is safe, suitable and maintained in good working condition.
Appropriate fire safety equipment may be required depending on the nature of the stall’s activities.
Additional information may be requested during the application and approval process where necessary.
Terms & Conditions
All applicants must read and agree to the Festival Stallholder Terms & Conditions. The Terms & Conditions contain important information regarding participation, compliance, operational requirements, payments, site allocations, safety obligations and Festival policies.
How to Apply
Applying to participate in Pasifika Vibes Festival 2026 is straightforward. Follow the steps below to submit your application and receive a participation decision from the Festival team.
Upload Documents
Upload your Certificate of Currency and any required supporting documentation.
Application Review
Applications are assessed for suitability, category balance and operational requirements.
Approval Decision
Applicants are advised whether their application has been approved, waitlisted or declined.
Payment
Approved applicants receive payment instructions and participation confirmation details.
Festival Ready
Approved stallholders receive final event information and operational instructions.
What Happens After You Apply?
Submission of an application does not automatically guarantee a stall allocation.
Applications are assessed to ensure an appropriate balance of products, services, cultures, operational suitability and overall Festival experience.
Successful applicants will receive approval confirmation and payment instructions. Once payment requirements have been completed, participation will be confirmed and additional operational information will be provided closer to the Festival.
