Ticketing Terms & Conditions

These Ticketing Terms & Conditions apply to all ticket purchases and attendance at Pasifika Vibes Festival 2026 (“the Festival”). By purchasing a ticket, receiving a complimentary ticket, or attending the Festival, attendees agree to these Terms & Conditions in addition to the Festival Terms of Entry & Code of Conduct.

By purchasing a ticket and attending Pasifika Vibes Festival 2026 (“the Festival”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Ticket Purchase & Entry

  • All tickets must be purchased via TryBooking or at designated Festival entry points, subject to availability.
  • Children aged 0–5 years receive free admission but must obtain a free ticket for attendance recording and planning purposes.
  • Children aged 6–12 years require a valid ticket and must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+).
  • Attendees aged 13 years and over may purchase General Admission tickets and attend without an accompanying adult.
  • Adult tickets are defined as 13+ years for admission pricing purposes and 18+ years for legal guardianship purposes.
  • Family Passes and 2-Day Family Passes are valid for up to two (2) adults (13+) and up to three (3) children (6–12 years).
  • Single-Day tickets are valid only for the day specified on the ticket.
  • 2-Day Passes and 2-Day Family Passes are valid for entry on both Festival days only and may not be shared between attendees.
  • Festival entry is subject to compliance with these Ticketing Terms & Conditions, the Festival Terms of Entry and Code of Conduct, venue rules, and any reasonable directions given by Festival staff, volunteers, security personnel, or authorised representatives.

2. Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

• Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind, inability to attend, scheduling conflicts, or non-attendance.

• In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, refunds will only be provided where required by law, including where the Festival is cancelled without rescheduling or a major failure has occurred.

• In the event of severe weather, emergency conditions, government direction, venue closure, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond the organisers’ reasonable control, Pasifika Families Inc. reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, relocate, or cancel the Festival.

• Where the Festival is rescheduled, purchased tickets will remain valid for the replacement dates unless otherwise advised by the organisers.

• Unused portions of multi-day tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

3. Entry Management, Wristbands & Re-Entry

• Tickets may be exchanged for wristbands, hand stamps, passes, or other identification methods at the discretion of the organisers.

• Re-entry on the same Festival day may be permitted where a valid wristband, stamp, pass, or other approved identification is presented.

• Re-entry is subject to operational requirements and may be suspended or modified for safety, security, crowd management, or emergency reasons.

• Express entry lanes, family lanes, accessibility lanes, or other queue-management measures may be implemented to improve attendee flow and safety.

• Festival staff, volunteers, security personnel, and authorised representatives may direct patrons to specific entry points, queues, or screening locations.

 

4. Merchandise Sales & Collection

• Festival merchandise may be offered for sale before and during the Festival.

• Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and selections before completing your purchase.

• In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, refunds or exchanges are not available for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or purchaser error.

• Refunds, replacements, or exchanges will only be provided where required by Australian Consumer Law, including where merchandise is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

• Merchandise purchased for collection must be collected during the Festival unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

• Pasifika Families Inc. is not responsible for incorrect delivery details supplied by purchasers or for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.

 

5. Ticket Transfers & Resale

• Tickets must not be resold for profit, commercial gain, or through unauthorised resale channels.

• Any ticket suspected of being fraudulently obtained, duplicated, altered, or resold contrary to these Terms & Conditions may be cancelled without notice or refund.

 

6. Conduct & Safety

• Pasifika Vibes Festival is a family-friendly event.

• Smoking, vaping, alcohol, illegal substances, dangerous items, and prohibited behaviour are not permitted except where specifically authorised by the organisers.

• All attendees must comply with the Festival Terms of Entry and Code of Conduct, available at:

• All attendees must comply with the Festival Terms of Entry, venue requirements, and any directions given by Festival staff, volunteers, security personnel, emergency services, or authorised representatives.

• Any behaviour deemed unsafe, threatening, abusive, disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate may result in refusal of entry or removal from the Festival without refund.

 

7. Photography & Media

• The Festival may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded for promotional, marketing, media, documentary, archival, and reporting purposes.

• By entering the Festival, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded and grant Pasifika Families Inc. the right to use such images and recordings without compensation, notification, or further approval.

 

8. Liability

• Entry and attendance at the Festival is at your own risk.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pasifika Families Inc., its officers, staff, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, partners, and representatives accept no responsibility for any injury, loss, damage, theft, delay, inconvenience, expense, or claim arising from attendance at the Festival.

• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

 

9. Additional Terms

• All standard TryBooking Terms & Conditions also apply.

• Pasifika Families Inc. reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time where reasonably necessary for safety, operational, legal, or regulatory purposes.

• The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will apply and will be made available through Festival booking and information channels.
