1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
   By making a donation to Pasifika Families Inc. for Pasifika Vibes Festival, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a donation.
2. Purpose of Donations
   All donations will be used exclusively for the running costs of the current and future Pasifika Vibes Festival events. Your contributions will help ensure the ongoing success of the festival and support our mission to celebrate and promote cultural diversity.
3. Donation Amounts
   We gratefully accept donations of any amount, no matter how small. Both one-time and recurring donations are welcome.
4. Donation Methods
   Donations can be made online through our secure Trybooking donation portal, by cash or cheque at the festival itself, or by any other method as indicated on our Trybooking festival donations page. Please note: if donating using Trybooking, a small transaction fee will apply.
5. Tax Deductibility
   Please note that donations made to Pasifika Families Inc. for Pasifika Vibes Festival may not be tax-deductible. We recommend consulting with a tax professional or your local tax authority to determine whether your donation is tax-deductible. Pasifika Families Inc. is not Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) entitled.
6. Refund Policy
   All donations are non-refundable. If you believe that an error has been made in your donation, please contact us immediately at admin@stevenn53.sg-host.com so that we can assist you in resolving the issue.
7. Privacy and Security
   We take your privacy and the security of your personal information seriously. We will only use your personal information to process your donation and keep you informed about our activities, unless you opt out of receiving further communications. We will not share, sell, or trade your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
   We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our festival donations page. By continuing to make donations after any changes have been posted, you agree to be bound by the updated terms and conditions.
